Creating trust
The key to project success is achieved through clear communication between the teams involved. All project members are required to know exactly the overall objectives, the current work status, and competences. However, it is important to keep in mind that communication is only a means to an end and that the organisational effort needs to be kept at an appropriate level.
Preferably, project members should know each other personally. This creates trust and helps to understand the point of view of the other colleagues. Long meetings, however, distract from the actual work. The disadvantage of emails is that they either only serve the communication between sender and recipient or, due to long mailing lists, add to the practically uncontrollable flood of information.
We are able to quickly familiarise with the functioning of your communication platform. If you wish so, we also put our working environment at your disposal. In doing so, we rely on two widely used and easy to handle systems.
